Modern House By The Sea

I have a large, furnished, sunny double bedroom with ensuite and wonderful sea views available in my home. The house overlooks Parkstone Bay and Brownsea Island.

Within walking distance of Poole, buzzing Ashley Cross, Parkstone railway and Poole Hospital. The area has numerous cafes etc.

The house is open plan downstairs with large kitchen/dining/seating areas. Very large lounge upstairs overlooking the sea with balcony. Outside there's a sunny back garden with seating and off road parking.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who likes a clean, tidy and quiet space; someone who is comfortable in their own company but also enjoys a chat over a shared meal/glass of wine. I am not looking for anyone WFH unless it's short term.

Would consider short term lets. If less than a month the weekly rate would be £250

Please note the house comes with a cat!
