Small studio within house with own porch, own entry and own patio. Dogs accepted and full garden for them to enjoy.

This is a studio room with its own entry and small kitchen with induction hob, sink, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine. There is also a refurbed shower room with brand new fixtures.

All bills included. Quiet, residential cul-de-sac. There is a large grassed garden and trees and plants if you’re interested in gardening.

We are a friendly family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a small dog who all share the house and garden.

The garden is completely fenced in and we are happy to share this with you and your dog. You can also have your 'own' patio area to furnish if you like which is right outside your door.

Plenty of parking at bottom of our cul-de-sac.

Happy to share storage for your bike, paddle board etc.
Access to loft storage as well if needed.

We do have a very large games room with a pool table and a desk, table and spare beds (useful if you have guests) and a larger kitchen which you are welcome to use as part of the agreement - we do use this space as well. But your room is yours alone!
