I've got a small tidy studio / annex with its own entry and small kitchen with induction hob, sink and washing machine. Brand new ensuite shower room.

All bills included. Quite, residential cul-de-sac. Shared access to patio and large grassed garden with lots of trees and plants.

We are a family 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog who live in the main house. Happy to share patio and large garden with you. Plenty of parking. Happy to store your bike etc in our garage. Access to loft storage as well.
