Penthouse flatshare in Poole, harbour views.

Friendly flatshare available in top floor apartment with harbour views across Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island & the Purbecks., short term lets preferable.

Great location- 5-10min walk from Ashley Cross & Parkstone Train station. The apartment is bright and modern with an open-plan kitchen-lounge, granite worktops, 65” smart TV. There is a large 9m south facing balcony, which gets sun all day & beautiful sunsets. I have a very friendly Siberian cat, 6 years old called Amalia. She is hypoallergenic, so if you have a cat allergy you should be fine.

Your bedroom is a furnished double room (wardrobe, bedside tables, double bed dressing table). You will have your own private bathroom, that I do not use. It is not ensuite, you have to walk across the hall to use. It is entirely yours, however if people are visiting they may use it. The bathroom has both shower and a large bath.

I am a medical professional so work the usual 9-5 schedule. I am a keen cyclist, runner, snowboarder & am trying to learn how to E foil.
