I have a delightful double room available. Fully furnished. Wireless high speed fibre broadband internet access throughout house. All Sky Channels (& HD) available in the lounge, including Sky Movies and freesat in your room. I have one other house-mate already. I have a Samsung 50 inch TV in the lounge (with full Sonos system and surround), with 3 seater sofa & a layzboy chair and stools. I have an old-fashioned coal fire for cold evenings... Myhouse is cosy... I have a Miele dishwasher in the kitchen and one Liebherr fridge freezer in the kitchen, with an additional Bosch fridge. We have a KitchenAid hand blender and Dualit toaster and kettle too. We have a separate Utility Room which has a Bosch washing machine and separate Bosch tumble dryer... It also has a further 2 freezers (1 Liebherr). It also houses a further WC & wash basin & 1 pushbike. Upstairs (1st floor) we have a bathroom which has a large bath with a shower attachment, as well as a separate shower cubicle, as well as usual toilet & wash basin. The room available is the rear (garden-facing) room (1st floor). We are a non-smoking household and we have 2 adorable cats and 2 young daughters... I have a small garden with 2 sheds built-in; washing line, & outdoor garden furniture... I work in Poole Grammar School. Landline calls not included or any additional Sky services ordered.
