I have a double room with twin beds (can make a Kingsize) and single wardrobe to let for single occupancy only. It is a 1920s house in Oakdale Poole set well back from road with ample parking. Large front and back gardens
I am one mile from hospital and on main bus route.
My other lodger is a young lady with learning disability in her 20s who occupies my single room , so someone who can understand her difficulties will be important, although she is looking for her own place.

Microwave and small fridge in bedroom.
All bills included in price but lodger buys all their own food and milk and personal things.
Looking for a quiet relaxed lodger who ideally enjoys and is willing to help in the garden sometimes. Close to Tescos, convenience shop and garage across the road. Bus stop a few houses down .
About a mile from hospital and town centre.
Pets are possible if dogs are compatable with mine and sorry no cats as I have a lurcher.
We are not a show house but a lived in friendly, relaxed home where dog (s) rule the roost.
Do not appreciate swearing or excessive drinking. None smoking and non vaping house and garden!
