Double room with bathroom (female only)

Ready for renting from April 2021.

A recently painted, clean, white bedroom with a new double bed and mattress. Bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes also in room. Unfurnished can be arranged if needed.

The main bathroom is on the landing and has a bath/shower and will be for the tenant only. This bathroom is not used by us as we have our own en suite.

There is a large patio garden where we grow some of our own veg, a fire pit, have bbqs, a sociable kitchen/diner, sitting room with log burner and a garage.

We are a young, sociable couple who purchased this property in May 2019. We have a lab called Billy. The area is lovely and peaceful, 10 mins from Dorchester, 15 mins from Weymouth. Countryside all around and the beach 10 mins away. Martinstown is a friendly village with a church, shop, pub and plenty of walking. There is also a milk vending machine where you can get fresh milk, eggs, cheese and milkshakes!

The tenant will have their own room, bathroom and shared use of the kitchen, dining room and garden.

We do have friends over from time to time and the odd night out, otherwise it’s a fairly chilled household.
