Large double room with King size bed and ample storage in a newly renovated detached house.

I'm a young professional who has recently renovated my house and would like to share the space with a similarly tidy and courteous professional. I work full time, sometimes locally and other times away.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which has been turned into an office. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. The ground floor consists of a kitchen diner and lounge. Private garden and patio is accessible out the french doors at the back, with off road parking at the front.

Located in the peaceful village of Milborne Port, on a safe quiet road; the house is 5 minutes away from Sherborne and 15 minutes from the larger towns of Yeovil and Wincanton.

The room will be available for full time accommodation, however an ideal tenant would potentially work some weekends or enjoy being out and about at the weekend.
