Newly refurbished En suite room

Newly refurbished Ensuite Double room to rent in our family home. This room is downstairs in our property and close to the front entrance. We are a family of 5 and we have three boys, you must be fine with living with children, we also have a friendly small dog so you must be ok with this also. We would require a deposit of £300 which would of course be returned when you no longer want the room and it is returned in the same condition. We also require a reference from your last address along with a character reference.
