We have a room available to rent for £650 Its furnished with a single bed but could just about fit a double bed if supplied by tenant.
The house is my family home that both parents have moved out of and we need to rent out rooms to cover mortgage. I'm quite house proud so like to keep everything clean and tidy.
You would be sharing a large bathroom with 1 other person.
We are all very tidy and have quite high standards for keeping the house clean however we are all quite sociable and occasionally have gatherings/parties at the weekend, which can go a little bit late and result in a bit of mess.
We have a cat called charlie.
We currently have 3 tenants including me (2 professional and 1 student)
We do smoke but never inside.
My main requirement of any new tenants is to treat the house, tenants and pets with respect and to consider other people.
