I have a lovely downstairs room available to rent in my friendly family home in Winton.

I’m 31, chatty and sociable, and live here with my three children (aged 9, 8, and 13) and our small, friendly French Bulldog, Mr Bruno. We’re a warm, easy-going household — very clean, respectful, and like to keep things tidy, so I’m looking for someone similar.

The room is downstairs by the front door, so you’ll have your own space and can come and go as you please.
