Short term double room to let

Nicely furnished, clean and cosy double room to let with ensuite bathroom in large family home. Rent includes all bills, wifi and use of kitchen, washing machine, garden and seperate lounge.

Room is available for 1 month only from 25th sept to 25th Oct while my daughter and her boyfriend are in the States. So may suit someone as a stop gap between places.

We are a professional couple, I am a specialist nurse and my husband is a landscape gardener. We do have some foreign language students stay with us from time to time also.

We have a very quiet home despite the students and there is usually no one at home during the day. We pride ourselves on having a clean and well looked after home and we would expect the same standard of care from whoever rents the room. As a nurse, I do sometimes go to work very early and so we do require no loud noise after 10:30pm. So would prefer someone who isn't a night owl.

We have 1 cat who is an indoor cat only and is not allowed outside or to mix with other animals due to his health. So no one with pets please.

We are very much outdoorsy people, especially love hiking and paddleboarding/kayaking and are currently about to do a full camper conversion on our new van. We are a pretty chilled couple but aren't party people and we don't smoke and very rarely drink. Someone of similar personality would be good.
