Double room

I am looking for a housemate in a family house. It’s very quiet house . You will feel relax. I have a nice sharing living room and a big kitchen with lots of space. There is free internet and all bills included. The house is on the street , therefore it’s close to market. Coop market only 5 minutes by walk. Lidl is 10 minutes by walk. There are many shops around . Bus station is near the house only 1 minutes. There are many car spaces on the street and generally empty. Room is very big . There is a triple wardrobe inside. Newly decorated. It’s nice and clean. I only consider clean personal. I would like to see the common area clean and tidy.
