Mrs Mendoza

Single room, furnished, all bills included, except meals. I live with one polish lady and French young lad, we all work full time, my daughter lives in Bristol, very quiet home environment, most of the time.
No smoking inside the house at all, but I do not mind smoking in the garden.
Looking for either a student, or professional, to share my house, clean, tidy and respectful of each other's personal rules and belongings.
They can have the use of the kitchen but everything must be left as it is found.
I am friendly and enjoy playing sports most days. I have had many students in the past either from Bournemouth University or language schools.
