We are a looking for another housemate to come and share our home.
The room available is a garage conversion with a mezzanine bedroom. It has been finished to a high standard with a great en suite shower. In the main house is a shared kitchen/living area with a range style cooker, microwave and various kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. There is side access available through the gate.
We are quite an active household and between us enjoy walking the dogs, cycling, pilates, paddle boarding, kayaking etc. My partner lives in North Wales so I also spend some time up there.
The house and garden room have good wifi. Outside there is a garden and a covered patio area. There is road and off road parking and the neighbours are really nice too.
It is about a 10 minute walk to Mudeford Quay and about 10 minutes in the other direction to Lidil. A short drive away is Sainsburys and other various shops.
The room would be ideal for a young person. Do get in touch if you think this is the place for you
