The house is around a 10 minute walk from Mudeford quay, Highcliffe beach and Sainsburys and a 20 minute walk from Christchurch town centre. Parking available close to the property.

Occasionally I have visitors but generally it's a quiet house.

The living area has just been refurbished so the house is kept clean and tidy. This is expected of anyone living in the house.

Rent can also be on a weekly basis at £105 per week.
