You will have your own double bedroom which has been furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, cabinet and bureau with chair.
There is communal use of the kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, communal lounge, bathroom and patio.
Everyone is expected to keep the communal spaces tidy after use.
We are environmentally aware and very committed to recycling. We expect our lodgers to do the same. We also encourage our lodgers to dry their laundry outdoors on suitable days rather than use the dryer.
We are both vegetarians and do not smoke. This is a non smoking household
Rent for the room is £325. Bills are an extra £200 and includes council tax, electricity, water and gas bills, access to wi-fi and a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal spaces only..
