We are looking for a lodger, within similar age of ourselves (up to 35). Female only please.
We are a very friendly and down to earth couple, with 2 little Jackshunds who LOVE cuddles!
We enjoy going to the gym on a daily basis and walking the dogs too, very outgoing as well.
Myself and my partner both work throughout the day and are home some evenings of the week, but do go out and about from time to time, so would prefer someone who does not work night shifts as we do get up in the morning to go to the gym.
The double room will be furnished (double bed, wardrobe, bedside table) , shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, parking available and bills included with garden access.
Located very local to the town centre, local attractions, and bus routes.
£400 deposit required, rent is £400 p/month including bills.
