Double room in quiet professional home

Spacious home near to Bournemouth and Poole bus routes, all bills included.
Would suit quiet mature professional who works Monday to Friday 9 to 5 in the local area.
Lodgers to be considerate, kind and thoughtful either a female or male lodger who can share my bright, spacious and peaceful home.

I have one good size double room available, with double bed, wardrobes, space for belongings. Room has central heating and a television.

The room is bright and airy due to dual aspect windows, both overlook the front garden which has plenty of parking space.

There are local amenities: hospital dentist, Chemist, Tower Park, cinemas resturants, Tesco's B and N, Factory Iceland, Matalan to name but a few within walking distance.
There is a local nature reserve and heathland close by for walks, runs or cycles.
My home has a large back garden for relaxing in the sun after a hard day's work or weekend chill outs

There is a shared family bathroom, kitchen, utility room, with a cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and freezer. Cultery, crockery and cooking utensils pots and pans are available. Lodgers have storage cupboard space for groceries, space in the freezer and shared fridge. There is also a shared dinning room over looking the front garden.

Apologies there is no disabled access as one flight of stairs.

I am a welcoming, kind, considerate, hard working professional, who works mainly from home. I am socialable but also enjoy peace and quite so I am mindful and respectful of the need for privacy and our own space.
