I’m looking for a considerate, professional lodger (Monday to Friday preferred) to share my well-kept, detached 3-bedroom home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.

• Hard-wired fire alarms and carbon monoxide detector
• Fully alarmed property (night setting available for extra peace of mind)

• Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and bus routes to Poole, Poole Hospital, and Bournemouth
• Branksome Station: 20 mins on foot / 5 mins by car / short bus ride
• Excellent links to London and Southampton
• Beaches: 10 mins by car / 20 mins by bike
• Parks, cafes, walking routes, and Ashley Cross village (15 mins walk) all nearby

• No other tenants – you’ll often have the house to yourself

• £139 per week or £625 per calendar month
