Friendly, laid back house in great location!

I’ve recently bought my first home, a three bed house in Parkstone - 10 minute walk to Ashley Cross and Parkstone station and really close to well connected M1 and M2 bus routes. There is a light and airy lounge diner with log burner, kitchen, utility room and small garden with shed. I have two bedrooms to rent which will share the family bathroom. They are light and comfortable! I am into outdoorsy stuff as well as sailing and kitesurfing. I’m tidy, laid back and (hopefully) friendly!
