Room to rent

Looking for a roomie for my house. I live on my own. I’m a professional, young, down to earth woman. House is a 3/4 bed semi with a nice decent size garden and next to a park. I am quite chilled, clean and expect the same from a housemate. Not in a rush and want to make sure anyone coming into the home will be a good match. Room is available immediately. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Pictures are the room currently. There is another bigger room to choose from as well it’s just full of boxes at the moment.
