This is a bright, clean double room in an amazing location 2 minutes from Whitecliff Park and 5 minutes from buzzing Ashley Cross with all its shops, bars and convenient transport links.

The room has a double bed, full height wardrobe, shelves, bedside drawers and lamp. The house has a large modern kitchen/diner, private patio/garden for soaking up the summer sun, and separate living room with cosy log burner for winter. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bills for gas, water, electricity and wifi/broadband are included in the price. Also included is the cost of a weekly cleaner for communal areas.

This is a Monday-Friday let. I work away in London Monday to Thursday so you will have the whole house to yourself the vast majority of the time!! Whilst I am very happy with a social and fun loving person, if you are looking for a party house this won’t suit.

Single occupancy by working professionals. No pets. No couples.
