Furnished good size double bedroom in a new build detached house. Quiet residential area, 1/2 mile to Whitecliffe, just over a mile to Ashley Cross, train station and Lilliput, 3 miles to the beaches and Poole, main bus route 1/4 mile.

The room available is fully furnished with new double bed (ottoman for extra storage) and mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe, all new, usb charging socket, might be able to include a Sky Mini.

Shared fully tiled bathroom with separate shower, bath, toilet and underfloor heating.

Downstairs is a toilet and open plan kitchen/lounge, kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher., all with underfloor heating and a mix of tiled and carpeted flooring.

Fibre broadband, off road parking but very secure on road parking also. Looking for someone relaxed and chilled, not loud. I work 5 days a week and weekends i am mostly out and about during the day (spring/summer) enjoying my downtime with one of my interests above. Viewing welcome.

I am happy with a Mon-Fri let with a reduced rate.

I do smoke but not inside so would expect the same from a tenant. Still have the garden to finish landscaping but will be done during spring.
