Large double room in fab spot - Ashley X village

Hi. We live in modern, light and bright town house on a quiet, leafy road in trendy Ashley Cross village, Lower Parkstone.. its a really tremendous location It’s a 1 minute walk to the village. 7 mins to the train station and to the sea.

Our town house Is modern and bright. Parking is available on the drive

The Room: A large, bright double room available with a tv (streaming), plenty of storage space and a desk for working.. Internet is super fast (even upload speeds!)

You share a bathroom (with bath and shower) - though you can upgrade the room to en-suite.

You share the kitchen -,with granite worktops and loads of appliances like a ninja air fryer, rice cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. We also have a tumble dryer

About Us: We are low key, easy going, professionals and get on well. The house has a good vibe. We look out for each other. I also have two kids who are students at Warwick uni who are here sometimes

You must be okay with pets… We have a small friendly papillon dog and Maine coon cat
