Large double room in smart town house - Ashley X

We live in modern, light and bright town house on a quiet, leafy road in Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone. This is In between Poole and Bournemouth. It’s trendy and upmarket with great bars, restaurants and fab walks. It’s a 1 minute walk to the village. 5 mins to the train station and on loads of bus routes. It’s 10 mins to the sea.

Our town house Is really modern - white, light and bright, fully-electric - and immaculate . Parking is available for you - a space on the drive if you need it.

The Room: We have a large double room available with a tv (streaming), plenty of storage space and a desk for working. There’s a large window so it’s really bright and light. Internet is super fast (even upload speeds)

Kitchen: You share a very modern, all electric kitchen with granite worktops and loads of appliances like a ninja air fryer, rice cooker and sandwich toaster.

Bathroom; Your large, modern bathroom is next to your room (bath and shower).You have main use. Piers and I use it for showers/bath only.
About Us: We are all low key, easy going, professionals and get on really well. The house has a good vibe. We keep the place tidy and clean. We mainly keep ourselves to ourselves - although we do hang out together sometimes and are there for each other. We chat in the kitchen, may go for a walk or shopping trips or say, watch a Netflix series.

- Niss is in her late 20s - has a journalism masters and works in digi marketing .
- Piers is in his mid 20s / designing his own AI system and taking a year out from Warwick uni - Freya is at Warwick uni doing maths and philosophy - home in the holidays
- Im a CBT hypnotherapist and coach

You: We get on really well - the house has a great vibe. Ideally you will be a working professional, low key and easy going. You must be cool with pets… We have a small friendly papillon dog and Maine coon cat
Sorry but no couples. No cats / dogs - other pets considered
