We live in a leafy, QUIET, safe road in lower Parkstone, Ashley Cross right by the village and trendy bars. We are 5 mins to the train station.

We live in a modern, bright, light and bright, full-electric town-house with a free PARKING space for you (on the drive).

You will have the WHOLE TOP FLOOR - it feels virtually self-contained. This includes a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, streaming tv/DVD, microwave, mini fridge, other cooking bedroom cooking utensils plenty of storage space. There is also a desk and folding chairs. You also have a very large separate bathroom with shower and bath.

As for your flat mates;
I'm a professional CBT hypnotherapist also studying in London (psychotherapy Masters). Easy going and organised.
Jake is very chilled (20s) and works in film animation. He loves the gym and gaming
Piers and Freya (early 20s) are both maths students at Warwick uni - only around in holidays.
Ysias (20s) is sadly going back to France so her room (the top floor) will be vacant at end of July.

We have a little house dog and Maine coon cat so you would need to be ok with pets

The house has a really chilled, easy going vibe. No conflict or drama. We all get on really well and look out for each other.
