We live in a leafy, QUIET, safe road in up-market Ashley Cross. We are right by the village and green with trendy bars and an eclectic vibe. We are 5 mins walk to the train station, on many bus lines and 20-min walk to the hospital.
We live in a modern, light and bright, full-electric town-house with a free PARKING space for you (on the drive).
You will have the WHOLE TOP FLOOR - it feels virtually self-contained. This includes a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, streaming tv/DVD, microwave, kettle, mini fridge, other cooking bedroom cooking utensils and plenty of storage space. You also have a very large separate bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a desk and folding chairs.
As for your flat mates;
I'm a professional CBT hypnotherapist/coach
Jake is very chilled (28) and works in film animation. He loves the gym and gaming
Piers and Freya (early 20s) - students (maths/AI and maths/philosophy) at Warwick uni and around in the long holidays - they also turn up for regular flying visits and interesting chats!
Pepsi the Papillon and Luna the Maine Coon - the remaining residents
The house has a really chilled, easy going vibe. We all get on really well and look out for each other and have some great chats!
We are looking for a like-minded professional. Someone friendly, quiet, easy going, tidy and low key.
No couples or permanent live in partners. No pets as our cat is very timid. We do need a work reference or accountant reference (if self employed)
