Furnished, double room, with king sized bed to rent in family home sharing with myself and my 21 year old son.

The room is light with views over Poole Harbour even from the comfort of your bed!

There is a shared bathroom and use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. There is free on street parking, a shed to store a bike if needed.

Ashley Cross bars, restaurants, shops and train station are a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

We are a looking for a quiet, respectful lodger, ideally a professional female.

Please note all books and decor(if unwanted) will be removed from the room once rented. Bedding can be provided
