This is a ground floor front room - it is a large double room with fireplace (multi fuel) and a large aquarium

The lodger will need to feed the fishes on a regular basis 3 times a week (fish food provided) and if they use the fireplace then buy their own wood (there is still a large amount of coal which the tenant can use in the garden coal shed).

The landlord will need access to fish tank every 4 weeks for 2 hours to clean filter and change the water.
