Double room with new bathroom available on the top floor in a large sunny, spacious apartment in Parkstone. You will have the top floor to yourself - there are no other tenants. We are 5 minutes walk from Ashley Cross and Parkstone Station and 2 minutes to bus routes. The apartment has plenty of on street parking and a private garden. We are a professional couple but travel frequently for work so are often away. Our son (19) will be at the house. Bills and broadband are included. This is a 10 month let until June 2025. We are looking for a relaxed friendly person to share our apartment.
