Flat is cleaned fortnightly (including changing your bed if you wish); you do your own washing.
Lounge has views across harbour towards Purbecks.
Unlimited parking in quiet street outside flat.
5 min walk from Bermuda Triangle & Ashley Cross.
I work part-time and am out doing boat -related stuff much of the time.
