Double room with private bathroom

Hello!

I'm looking to rent out my second bedroom.

The flat is a modern 2 bed situated on the ground floor of a recently built complex.

I have two bathrooms. The 'master' bathroom would effectively be considered your en-suite.

The bedroom is light and airy and is 3.5m by 3m in size. It is furnished with a bed, mattress, table and chair

Ashely Cross is a 5-10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop almost directly outside the property with good links to Bournemouth and Poole.

There is a single parking space which I use. However, when I am not around, I'm more than happy to share my permit. There is plenty of on street parking nearby..

The rent includes all bills and fibre broadband.

I'm usually out most evenings and weekends and I'm out 7am - 7pm pretty much every day. Looking for a respectful and tidy housemate to share with.
