Double Room in Penhill/Ashley Cross

A large double bedroom available on the second floor of a three-storey building,

situated close to the heart of Penhill and within walking distance to Ashley Cross and Parkstone train stations.

The room comes fully furnished with wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table. (More photos available on request.) it’s got a brand new mattress aswell.

I’m looking for someone to rent this second bedroom. You’ll have access to a large bathroom with both a bath/shower, which would need to be kept tidy as it’s for guests or any other tenants I might have.
There is separate kitchen and living area, plus a spacious south-facing balcony.

The monthly rent does not include bills, this will be shared equally between those living at the property (including myself),

Council tax will be covered by myself.

I am ideally looking for a female.

I’m a Bournemouth local, a 25-year-old female working for a start-up company. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at the beach, playing sports, or socialising with friends. I’m outgoing, friendly, and clean.

I’m ideally looking to live with someone who has similar interests, can tidy up after themselves (doesn’t have to be spotless 24/7), and overall a decent person.


Im open to someone who’s here 7 days a week but ideally Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend here and there would be perfect.
