3 bed house with a live in landlord. The house is in good condition with shared shower room, new kitchen and small garden.
The room is of a good size with a double bed, chest of draws, and draws/ combi wardrobe. An additional single wardrobe that's not in the room currently.
I'm a reasonable landlord, friendly and easy to get along with. I'm interested in various sports such as football, golf and cricket but I have other interests.
I will sometimes have a my parents 5 year old black Labrador stay at the house. She's very friendly.

You will be sharing with me Nick, I work in financial services and Will who's a doctor.
