Furnished double room in top floor apartment

Double room to rent in top floor apartment with sea view and beautiful sunsets from the balcony! It’s located within easy walking distance to Ashley Cross, and a short drive from the beach (about 10 minutes). The apartment itself is in a quiet location at the end of a road, so no through traffic noise and only residents park nearby.

I am looking for a lodger in my apartment with shared bathroom, living room kitchen and south facing balcony. There is unallocated parking available at the flat and plenty of on-road spaces too. The apartment has recently been fitted out with new carpets and heating throughout.

Please let me know if you would like to bring any furniture for the room, or if there is anything else that is required :)

I would also be happy if you wanted to use the garage to store a bike etc.

I am a working professional and live in the property. I am looking for someone fun and friendly to share the space with, initially for a short-term let (up to six months or so) but am also open to a possible extension by mutual agreement.

The expected bill contribution would be £100pcm.

Please note that this is a third floor apartment with no lift.
