Nice bright flat share

I have a nice really bright large room for rent, its been very recently repainted and new ish carpet, its gotva couple of bits of furniture now so basically unfurnished, but i can put a new double bed in and basic furniture.
There is use of the whole flat, theres a large lounge with a 65 inch TV, i have super fast fibre broadband that is included.
I will ask for a small contribution towards the bills every other month.
I'm live in i am very very easy to get on with and like a good laugh, i've had a mate living with me for a while and he's moved in with his girlfriend.
The flat is in a nice area and feels very safe and secure.
