Great location — just a 10-minute walk to Parkstone and Branksome train stations, with regular services to Bournemouth, Poole and London. Bus routes are within 5 minutes' walk, and supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants are all close by, so you've got everything you need on your doorstep. There's a parking space allocated to the flat (shared), plus on-street parking nearby.

The double room comes furnished with a bed, mattress and a built-in wardrobe. You'll also have your own desk and office chair set up in the kitchen for anyone working or studying from home.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/living room with a comfortable corner sofa and wall-mounted TV — spend as much or as little time in there as you like, it's entirely up to you.

I'm looking for someone considerate, respectful and comfortable with shared living. I work early hours (5/6am starts, Mon–Fri) and I'm usually in bed by 10pm, so being mindful of that is important.

A bit about me:
I'm a personal trainer working full-time, currently studying an MSc in Physiotherapy. I lead a healthy lifestyle and don't drink or smoke. I'm relaxed about guests, just a bit of notice beforehand is appreciated, and I'll always extend the same courtesy. Ultimately I'd like this to feel friendly and easy-going, not like living with a stranger.
