Large double room £750 p/month
Smaller room £550 p/month
Bills not included; approximately £200 per person p/month

The house has a modern fitted kitchen, dining area, spacious shared living room, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, and plenty of storage.

There are also 3 dogs and 1 indoor cat living at the property, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals. The dogs are all well behaved and are not at home during the day, so the house is generally quiet while everyone is out.

The bigger room is part furnished with a bed and built in wardrobe and the smaller room is fully furnished. The house has a relaxed, comfortable feel.
