It's a ground floor flat in a pretty, quiet setting with a small, sunny south facing patio.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new bed and includes a TV. (You may need your own TV license).
The kitchen has all mod cons including a washing machine and tumble drier.
The bathroom is in good condition with a shower over the bath, and a heated towel rail.
There is a shared comfortable lounge with dining space.
There is free parking outside the flats or on the road nearby.
