A comfortable and clean double room

A spacious double room in a detached house. Located just by Seaview road, close to local amenities and minutes away to Ashley Cross.

There are regular buses to take you in to Poole or Bournemouth.

We will share the living room space, dining room, kitchen with the standard mod cons including a dishwasher and a garden. There is off road parking for a small car and on street parking too.

Room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (including wireless broadband) except telephone.

We are a male and female - both working professionals, friendly, easy going and socialable.

It’s a quiet house generally during the week but we are always open to socialising with a drink at home or a drink in the local.

We are looking for a cat friendly housemate who is clean & tidy, have a wonderful personality, loves to have a laugh yet at the same time allows privacy, willing to share the housework and make it a home to call their own.

My last personal request is ideally for a housemate that is willing not to cook or eat pork. :-)
