I am looking to rent out 3 x double room (with ensuite) in my recently refurbished apartment in Lower Parkstone.

Its a beautifully big apartment with a large decking area and garden so very good for Spring/summer...!

Bills all included: Sky, broadband, council tax, water, electric, gas...

Looking to rent to one, two or three professional sharers who will look after it on a short term basis.

Please note that the flat is on the market for sale, but I expect it to take 3-6 months to sell at a minimum as the flat market is relatively slow at this time of year. However, I would want a break-clause in at 3 months just in case the flat earlier than expected.
