Rooms available in quiet secluded gated mews house conveniently located midway between Poole and Bournemouth.

I live in the house part-time with up to three full-time housemates. On the ground floor we share a spacious kitchen/diner with separate lounge and garden/patio access from both the kitchen and lounge. On the first floor there is a family bathroom shared by maximum of 3 housemates when I’m home, otherwise just 2. It is generally a quiet but friendly, considerate household.

Communal areas cleaned weekly (included).
Optional room clean on request (charge applies)
5 min walk to Waitrose and frequent bus service to Poole and Bournemouth town centres.
12 mins walk to Branksome Railway Station.
Allocated parking space directly in front of the house included.

NB No undercover bike storage.
