Compact single room with shared bathroom available on first floor in quiet secluded gated mews house conveniently located midway between Poole and Bournemouth.

I live in the house part-time with up to three full-time housemates. On the ground floor we share a spacious kitchen/diner with separate lounge and garden/patio access from both the kitchen and lounge. It is generally a quiet but friendly, considerate household.

Communal areas cleaned weekly (included).

5 min walk to Waitrose and frequent bus service to Poole and Bournemouth town centres.
12 mins walk to Branksome Railway Station.
Allocated parking space directly in front of the house included.
