We now have one spare room available to rent in our cosy family home, which has a lovely calm feel to it.
The house is in a great location within walking distance of lots of shops, bars and restaurants, Ashley Cross, Penn Hill, Ashley Road and situated close to both Poole & Bournemouth town centres. Good bus & train routes.

You would have share of the family bathroom which has a bath and separate shower cubicle. There is a second toilet downstairs.
We have plenty of cooking space with a dining table which seats four in the kitchen.
We are currently decorating the dining room which we are converting into a second lounge/movie room.
There is parking available on the road outside, and we have some storage space in the cellar if required.
There is a nice garden with seating for when it's warm! :)
We don't smoke, but wouldn't mind smokers so long as you only smoked outside.

We are a peaceful, positive chilled out couple who enjoy practicing yoga, martial arts and complementary therapies. We are looking for clean, tidy and generally happy tenants to enjoy the space we have to offer :)
We have two well behaved children who generally visit most weekends for Saturday evening and Sunday, although we are mostly out doing things with them when they are here.
