Fully furnished double room available in three bedroom end of terrance town house in Parkstone, near all bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole. Located near by are numerous convenient shops and pubs.

Price is £125 per week all bills inclusive.

The room is neutrally decorated and includes:

Wash basket

The house has a good size communal kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher. You will have your own fridge freezer provided. There is a shower and toilet next to the room, plus a there is a communal bathroom, on the top floor. It has a large communal living room with balcony, which includes TV with Virgin media, iMac, telephone and Wifi. There is a spacious garden and parking spaces available on the road and in the driveway. There is also a garage for storage with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

You will be living with Greg, Erin and Tim - Greg and Erin are a couple and Greg and Tim are brothers (aged 28, 25 and 23). There are two cats, however, pets will be decided on a case by case decision. Although the house is a non smoking house, there are ashtrays on the balcony and in the back garden.

We are looking for a young professional between the ages of 18-30, male or female. References would be preferable, but not essential. Minimum term 2 months maximum 6 months, would be willing to consider longer term towards the end of the initial agreement.
