Well-presented, comfortable, furnished large single room to let from Mondays to Fridays. Would suit a professional whose workplace is in this area, but whose permanent home is too far away to make the daily commute manageable. The room has a single bed, large wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and a desk, so it's very comfortable and has all the storage space you'll need. The room is not available for working from home.

The flat is in easy commuting distance to both Poole and Bournemouth (approx 15 minutes' drive to both) and on a well-served bus route, as well as being near Branksome and Parkstone train stations. It's also within easy walking distance of several shops, supermarkets, take-away restaurants and pubs.

The kitchen is fully equipped as I enjoy cooking. I'm vegetarian, so I prefer a flatmate who doesn't cook meat or fish very often. The bathroom was installed last year.

I sometimes work from home during the daytime as well as occasional evening work, so it would be good to find a lodger who respects that.

I'm a non-smoker and welcome responses from other non-smokers and non-vapers. .
