The house has a good size communal kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher. There are two fridge freezer provided. There is a shower and toilet on the first floor. The communal bathroom has a bath and shower on the top floor. The house has a large communal living room with a balcony, which includes a TV with Netflix and Wifi. There is a spacious garden and parking spaces available on the road and in the driveway. There is also a garage for storage with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also have access to the Netflix and Amazon Prime Stream accounts.

You will be living with Liam and I.

We are looking for a young professional between the ages of 25-40, male or female. References would be preferable, but not essential.
