Very large, lovely double room Pokesdown

The room is lovely, sunny and very spacious! You would be sharing with just me (the homeowner) and my lovely friendly tabby cat. I am a teacher.

The room is furnished as you can see in the pictures - double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dining table, sofa, upright piano etc. Shared bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink.

The area is residential, so reasonably quiet. There is usually parking on our street and if not, the next street. The house is about four minutes walk to Pokesdown train station, five minutes to Boscombe and ten minutes to Southbourne. 15 minute bus journey to Bournemouth town centre. It's a five minute walk to the clifftop and beaches.

Particularly accessible for anyone working at JP Morgan or Bournemouth Hospital, and one minute's walk from AECC.

I'm looking for a responsible, working professional who is clean and tidy, a good communicator, friendly but able to entertain themselves and respect privacy. I am quite quiet at home and having space and downtime are important to me (teaching uses up a lot of my social energy!)

I am English but I also speak Spanish and Italian - however, any nationality is welcome. The rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband. No pets. Council tax band B. Single occupancy only - many thanks!

Some notes:

No guests without prior permission. The room is for single occupancy.

No smoking in the house.

Household tasks are shared (hoovering, cleaning bathroom, putting out bins etc) - we can agree together on what we both think is a reasonable frequency.

Please provide two references and proof of right to reside in the UK.

Short lets, and Monday to Friday lets also considered.
