We’re looking for a friendly, easy-going professional to rent this comfortable, fully furnished room in the heart of Southbourne.

The rooms are perfect for both relaxing and working from home, with desk space for remote work, a super-comfy memory foam hybrid bed, and a 49-inch TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime ready to go). The wall-mounted TV can be easily adjusted to suit your space.

Patio doors open directly onto the hot tub area or conservatory depending on the room (hot tub available during the main summer months - great for unwinding after a long day.)

You’ll also have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, with complimentary tea, coffee, and oat milk provided. A cleaner comes once a week, and bedding can be arranged for an additional fee.

There are 2 bathrooms - 1 is a wet room and the other is the main bathroom with shower over bath, plus a TV for those who enjoy a long soak to unwind.
