Single room becoming available in a relaxed house share in Southbourne, Bournemouth. The move-in date is flexible, likely sometime between February and May, as I’m planning to move once I find a new property.

The room is a single bedroom with a bay window and built in storage, in a lovely, quiet house. The area is great — just 4 minutes to Southbourne high street and the beach, with shops, cafes and transport close by.

You’ll be sharing with 3 chilled guys, all working professionals. The house has a relaxed vibe — they’re into gaming, relaxing, and generally keeping things easygoing.

Parking is available and use of garage. There are two bathrooms and a balcony.

Rent: £320 per month
Bills: £165 per month (paid directly to housemate)
