Looking for someone to take on my tenancy as I'm moving to a new area for work.
Take over my room in this lovely flat in Pokesdown/Southbourne. The room is spacious with enough room to work and make it your own. There's a shared living room and you'll share a bathroom with one other person. The flat has a nice big courtyard garden with a tree in the middle and is great in the summer. Southbourne is a 5 min walk with great pubs and restaurants and you're a short walk too from the beach.
Pokesdown station for London/Poole/Southampton is also a 5 min walk.
You'll be sharing with 3 nice guys. 1 works at Poole hospital, 1 is a trainee chiropractor and 1 is a musician.
