Double Room To Rent

Looking for a lovely house mate to join us in our spacious, 2bedroom house. The room available is a good size double bedroom and comes furnished; including a double bed, wardrobe( will be a proper wardrobe not the canvas one in the pic ), chest of draws with mirror and two bedside cabinets.
The room comes with shared access to the open plan lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom – with shower over bath, and not forgetting, our lovely large garden. There are bus stops within a few minutes walk from the house and a Tesco express just down the road.
My self and my partner are looking for someone who is trustworthy and animal friendly as we have a really cute medium size dog. We both work fulltime and in our spare time like to work on little projects, listen to music, go to festivals and spend time with friends. Our house is nice and chilled and we love spending time in the garden having bbqs and bonfires as a house and with friends.
