Quiet Room, Friendly House

It's a double room with a double bed. The wardrobe is built-in. All other furniture is flexible - chair, table, dresser etc. There's a TV, Amazon TV Fire stick with an Amazon Prime Account attached, and so on. The room faces south over the garden, so it's bright, sunny and not overlooked.

The double room is available in two options. Option 1 - £450 per month. Option 2 - £30 per week & around 6 hours of housework (done at a time of your choosing), cleaning the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, some dusting, hoovering and polishing etc. It's not arduous, but I've become lazy and there's no reason why you shouldn't benefit from that.

There is a shared lounge, kitchen and dining room. The central heating works and all rooms are double-glazed. The house has four bedrooms, two wifi networks, two bathrooms, one shower, a large kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, and all the usual kitchen equipment. There’s a garden, off-road parking, on road parking, probably a bicycle or two, storage space in the shed and attic. You share the fridge and freezer with just one other person.

Price includes all utility bills, 100 Mb Wifi connection, TV, DVD and a computer if you need it. Bedding provided if you need it. Furniture is more or less as in the photographs. Extra furniture is available on request, if you need it.
Transport - We're on bus routes 32, 5 & 6, Bus routes 4, 8 and 9 are close by. If that's no good, I'll lend you a bicycle.

There are two dogs. That's why you can't bring your cat. Caged pets are not an issue.
